The identity of whistleblower and whistleblowing details shall be kept confidentialand shall not be disclosed against the will.
The whistleblower shall not be disadvantaged in status or discriminated for filing a fair report.
Prohibition of retaliation on whistleblower, etc., are reflected on Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct to protect the whistleblower.
When whistleblower is disadvantaged for filing a report, he or he may request corrective measure and protection to the department in charge of ethical
management. The department shall take all measures to minimize disadvantages.
A person who cooperated to investigation by making statements, providing evidence, etc., in the process of checking on facts shall be protected the same.
The department in charge of ethical management shall conduct a follow-up monitoring to regularly inspect any damage, such as retaliation and disadvantage, to the whistleblower.
